Responsibilities

include but not limited to:

• Communicating with new and current customers via phone calls, emails, and texting.
• Responding to online and phone inquiries.
• Scheduling Appointments for Customers to visit the dealership.
• Taking time to build rapport with customers, assessing their needs, and helping them get into a vehicle that suits all their automotive needs.
• Follow the Sales Process to ensure the Customers' shopping experience is smooth and easy.
• After the sale follow-up.
• Finding a way to say "yes" and striving to ensure that our customers are Completely Satisfied with their experience with us every time- showing them that WE CARE.

Qualifications

for an Automotive Sales Consultant:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1-year experience in AUTOMOTIVE SALES
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Professional Image- being able to represent the dealership with a professional image through phone, email, text, or in person.
• Tech Savvy- being comfortable with technology and embracing new technology as it is introduced.
• Excellent Communicator- excellent verbal and writing skills including good grammar.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
• Unrestricted Driver's License and clean driving record
