About the Role: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen and Bath Designer / Salesperson to join our team in our Farmington Hills showroom. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, confident in sales, and thrives in a customer-focused environment. Responsibilities: * Required: Proficient in using 2020 Design software * Conduct on-site measurements and translate them into accurate plans * Prepare and present quotes and proposals for cabinetry, tile, countertops, and other materials * Guide clients through the design and selection process * Close sales and meet or exceed performance goals * Communicate effectively with contractors, installers, and tradespeople * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle * Up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge Requirements: * Proficiency in 2020 Design software * Strong knowledge of cabinetry, tile, and kitchen/bath materials * Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings * Comfortable working with tradespeople and managing logistics * Must be available to work in our Farmington Hills showroom 5 days per week * Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen and bath design preferred Benefits (after 90 days): * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Profit Sharing Program * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Professional Development Opportunities Ready to bring your design and sales skills to a thriving team?
