Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to oversee our sales operations in multiple territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, associate development, and leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed goals - Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships - Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track progress and optimize sales processes Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technical sales and account management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high- performing team - Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively -This leader must have previous experience with multi unit leadership. You will be responsible for up to seven stores and their overall performance.
