That partnership gives our reps consistent installs, competitive pricing, and the confidence that homeowners are taken care of long after the sale. Our revenue share structure ensures management never makes more on a deal than the rep who sells it. In the Houston market, new reps typically close their first deal within the first week, with avg earnings roughly $10,700/month by month two. Faster Texas permit timelines mean commissions are paid in weeks, not months. Our mission is simple. Role Overview: You'll be out in the field generating your own leads, connecting with homeowners face to face and helping them understand whether solar makes sense for their home. If you enjoy staying active, talking with people, and working outside instead of sitting behind a desk, this role allows you to build real sales skills in an industry focused on helping people lower their energy costs and make smart long-term decisions for their home. You'll be supported with daily training and a proven door to door system designed to help you improve steadily over time.
