Full description of the position

Position Summary: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Archbright members in a defined territory by connecting with the organization's business owners, HR representatives, C-Suite executives, finance leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure they are using their Archbright membership benefits to the fullest, and recommend appropriate solutions to support their workplace. About the Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Utilizing Archbright best practices, prospect for sales across all Archbright service lines within defined territory. * Collaborate with Service Line Leaders and Operations to scope projects, create proposals following Archbright's processes, and close business. * Manage the sales pipeline by promptly adding new deals, advancing opportunities through the sales process efficiently, and ensuring accurate sales forecasts. * Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity goals (e.g. calls, emails, and meetings), logging all interactions in CRM for reporting and performance tracking. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Members through frequent outreach and timely follow-up. * Document Member opportunities in CRM, monitor benefit utilization, and guide Members to maximize the value of their membership. * Resolve Member issues and complaints promptly utilizing excellent customer service skills and track resolution outcomes to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the member experience. * Connect with Members and promote the Archbright brand through LinkedIn activity, networking opportunities, and Archbright events. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Archbright's products and services. * Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Education and Experience: * Required: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in B2B environment * Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Technical Skills: * Required: Excellent MS Office and CRM software skills * Preferred: Proficiency with HubSpot CRM. At events, employees may need to lift items like boxes, stand for long periods of time, and be able to move items from one place to another at a venue. Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to computer monitors and shared workspaces when required to work from an office space as needed. This position may require traveling to member companies, mostly in the Greater Puget Sound area. The ability to get to those locations is required. The complete salary range for this position is $73,841-$103,368 with a hiring range of $79,744-$97,465 annually.
