Job Title: Account Manager (Inside Sales) Department: Account Management Reports To: Account Executive Location: Peachtree City, GA | Hybrid Remote About LaborWorx LaborWorx is a fast-growing staffing organization serving the skilled trades industry. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to support our mission of empowering the skilled trades workforce and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Position Overview The Account Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding customer accounts, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the client lifecycle. This role requires a balanced skillset of prospecting, relationship management, and customer success--acting as both a strategic partner to clients and a liaison to internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries generated through marketing channels (Google Ads, website, etc.). * Build and manage outbound prospect lists using platforms such as ZoomInfo to independently source, qualify, and engage new business opportunities. * Qualify prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop Scopes of Work for signature. * Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure they have accurate and complete information to fulfill customer staffing needs. * Support the daily sales efforts of account executives and fellow account managers. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, overseeing projects from initial engagement through job site execution. * Track weekly workforce activity and collect timesheets through HH2, ensuring expectations are met on both the client and worker side. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records within Salesforce and LaborWorx internal software. * Partner with internal teams--including recruiting and finance--to ensure seamless project delivery and accurate/on-time payroll. * Conduct customer meetings and job site onboarding sessions, both in person and virtually. * Foster a culture of collaboration, competition, and performance within the sales team. * Manage multiple customer contacts and stakeholders concurrently. * Identify and pursue opportunities to expand staffing services within existing customer accounts. Ideal Candidate Profile * Passion for advancing LaborWorx's mission and contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture. * Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals through relationship building and account development. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. * Experience using CRM platforms to track pipeline activity and forecast sales. * Analytical mindset with the ability to recognize trends and business opportunities. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities across accounts. * Strong time management, planning, and problem-solving abilities. * Servant-leader mentality with the ability to mentor others as the organization grows. * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start-up environment and adapting to change quickly. Requirements * 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role. * Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets. * Strong communication skills and self-starter mentality. * Experience in staffing or workforce solutions preferred. * Proficiency in account expansion, customer success, and sales operations. * Professional presence in both in-person and virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, etc.). * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). * Experience managing pipelines and sales activity within a CRM.
