Job Overview (HYBRID SCHEDULE) We are seeking a dynamic and energetic High Volume Phone Sales (Service) professional to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador responsible for engaging with a high volume of prospective and existing customers via outbound and warm calling techniques. Your mission is to drive business growth by effectively promoting our services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales through persuasive communication. Duties * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing clients, utilizing warm calling strategies to generate interest and develop new business opportunities * Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer needs, present tailored service solutions, and negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the company * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently * Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns, qualify leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers * Maintain excellent communication skills throughout all interactions, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a positive customer experience * Develop strong relationships through consistent follow-up calls, fostering trust and long-term business development * Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services in the marketplace Qualifications * Proven experience in high-volume phone sales or telemarketing, preferably within technology or B2B sales environments * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in a fast-paced setting * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities * Excellent communication skills in English--both verbal and written--with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly * Knowledge of technical sales processes and inside sales techniques is highly desirable * Demonstrated ability in business development, outbound calling, and marketing strategies aimed at generating new leads * Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client satisfaction Join us in this lively role where your enthusiasm for sales combined with your technical acumen will help us reach new heights.
