S&K Sales Co., a proud industry leader serving U.S. military commissaries and exchanges, is hiring motivated, self-starting individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Merchandisers. What You'll Do * Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and maintain product availability. * Execute Merchandising: Implement planograms and ensure visual merchandising standards are met. * Drive Sales: Carry out promotional strategies, launch marketing campaigns, and track performance. * Build Relationships: Partner with store managers and commissary staff to ensure seamless execution and strong in-store support. * Maintain Excellence: Ensure proper product presentation, pricing, labeling, and adherence to merchandising guidelines. * Analyze and Adapt: Anticipate needs, communicate inventory concerns, and help optimize sales performance. * Promote Compliance: Follow all military retailers and installation rules and safety protocols.
