Responsibilities * Create a welcoming, personalized experience for every customer through thoughtful skincare and makeup consultations. * Confidently demonstrate and recommend products using proper sanitation practices and strong product knowledge. * Operate the store independently, including customer service, sales transactions, and maintaining clean, stocked, and organized displays. * Represent the TONYMOLY brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, following company policies and dress standards. * Maintain a positive, service-driven environment when working alone, ensuring every client feels supported and valued. * Adapt quickly to changing store needs, especially during busy afternoons, weekends, and holidays. * Remain proactive and self-directed, demonstrating strong time management and accountability with minimal supervision. Skills & Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service preferred. * Strong interest in skincare and makeup, with a willingness to continuously learn and share product knowledge. * Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, particularly in independent work settings. * Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized, with the ability to manage store operations independently. * Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with inventory and visual merchandising as needed. * Adaptable, composed, and customer-focused in a fast-paced retail environment.
