Overview

Gro Detailing is growing fast and looking for motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our team! If you're goal-oriented, love talking to people, and want the freedom to control your income, this is your chance to be part of a fun and fast-moving company. You'll promote Gro Detailing's premium mobile detailing services, help grow our customer base, and make great money doing it.

Compensation

:

• 100% commission-based (no earning cap)
• Weekly pay -- average reps earn $500 -$1,000+ per week
• Additional performance bonuses and incentives available

Responsibilities

• Promote Gro Detailing's mobile detailing services to new and returning customers
• Generate leads and close sales through social media, community engagement, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and local promotions
• Track your progress, report results, and help improve marketing strategies
• Represent Gro Detailing with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with internet access (for scheduling, communication, and marketing tasks)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred (but not required -- training provided)
