Full description of the position

Whaley Materials LLC is currently seeking a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth. Duties Include (but not limited to): * Increasing revenue and margins through disciplined market management. * Maintaining favorable and effective relationships with current customers. * Identifying and prospecting new customers. * Favorably resolving customer complaints as necessary. * Analyze market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in market. * Develop specific strategies to obtain new business. * Working with internal teams to ensure product quality and availability. * Assist in overseeing the sales process from pricing to preparing contracts, forecasting, and assisting in credit and collections. Qualifications: * Sales experience in the aggregate, asphalt, construction, or related industry strongly preferred, but not required. * Knowledge of the marketing area is preferred. * Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Capable of demonstrating product knowledge, market conditions, and competition. * Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation preferred. * Good organization and time management skills.
