P iranesi of Vail The second stand alone Piranesi boutique located in Colorado. The role will require year round devotion to growing customer relations. Duties Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional, personalized service to every client, creating memorable luxury experiences * Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and boutique targets * Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and outreach * Maintain in-depth knowledge of Piranesi collections and craftsmanship * Process transactions accurately and manage client data with discretion and professionalism * Operate the credit card machine efficiently and generating invoices. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. * Collaborate with team members from New York head office to ensure a smooth operation of the store. * Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout the store. Experience * Previous experience in retail sale. * Experience in luxury markets * Experience in seasonal stores. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
