What You 'll Do * Source and evaluate off-market properties * Walk houses, estimate repairs, and understand renovation scope * Run comps and analyze ARV and deal profitability * Negotiate purchase contracts and terms directly with sellers * Build and manage a pipeline of motivated seller leads * Work closely with the sales team to supply inventory * Learn the full cycle of acquisitions, rehabs, and dispositions What We 're Looking For * Driven, competitive, and persuasive * Comfortable talking to people and building rapport * Full-time availability * Organized and self-motivated * Passion for real estate, investing, or flipping * Experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or acquisitions is helpful * Already licensed OR willing to begin licensing within 90 days * Some experience is helpful -- but we still train you.
