Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-Home Sales Representative specializing in bathroom remodeling to join our expanding team. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly in their homes to present remodeling solutions, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with the ability to manage territory sales effectively. Experience with quoting software, negotiation, and product demonstrations is highly valued. Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and present tailored bathroom remodeling solutions * Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging demos and presentations * Upsell additional services or products to maximize sales potential * Utilize quoting software to generate quotes and financing * Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and referrals Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales and B2C sales with a focus on home improvement or remodeling products * Expertise in one call close and direct sales techniques * Familiarity with quoting software * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills * Ability to perform product demos effectively and upsell additional services or products * Customer service-oriented mindset * Self-motivated, competitive * Experience in retail sales or inside/outside sales environments is a plus * This role is ideal for motivated professionals seeking a challenging opportunity in the bathroom remodeling industry with significant earning potential through successful sales efforts.
