This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service and expert advice in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting the right tires and automotive services based on their needs. * Provide knowledge on tire features, benefits, and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction. * Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system. * Maintain an organized and clean sales area to create a welcoming atmosphere. * Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery. * Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to better serve customers. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience. * Promote special offers and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Requirements: * Previous experience in retail sales or automotive service is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus. * Willingness to learn and grow within the company. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
