Chattanooga Tennessee and surrounding areas. Southeast Roofing & Exteriors is looking for hungry, self-motivated sales reps who want unlimited income and don't shy away from hard work. This is NOT a desk job. You will be knocking doors, inspecting roofs, and working directly with homeowners. If rejection bothers you or you need guaranteed pay, this role is not for you. What You'll Do * Door-to-door canvassing (storm & retail) * Inspect roofs and identify damage * Work with homeowners through the insurance process * Close deals and manage your pipeline * Follow up consistently until completion Pay & Opportunity * 100% commission-based * Average deal pays $2,500-$4,000 * Top reps close 1-2 deals per week * No income cap * Fast commission payouts What We're Looking For * Comfortable with commission-only pay * Willing to knock doors daily * Strong work ethic & coachability * Reliable transportation & smartphone * Sales, D2D, solar, alarms, pest, car sales, or athletic background is a plus * Someone with a vehicle and valid license Important This role begins with a Commission-only trial period (7-14 days) to ensure a good fit on both sides.
