Business Development Coordinator (Specialist) Another Business Development opportunity from Kevin M. Downey Warehouse On Wheels offers customers across various industries customized solutions tailored to their specific logistics needs, featuring high-quality storage, cartage, and over-the-road trailers. Our mobile storage solutions provide businesses with a flexible and affordable way to store and transport goods. In 2017, we began with two locations in Evansville, Indiana, and Memphis, Tennessee, featuring approximately 5,400 units. Since then, we have expanded to more than 40 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada and have grown our asset base to over 36,000 units. This is your chance to become part of their expanding team as a Business Development Coordinator (Specialist). Job Description: As our Business Development Coordinator (Specialist) for Zelienople, PA, and the surrounding areas of Erie, PA, and Cleveland, OH, you'll be a driving force behind our growth in this dynamic market. Your focus will be on prospecting new business, from cold calling to in-person meetings with potential clients, all while building strong, lasting relationships. Working closely with local General Managers, you'll help strengthen our pipeline, grow market share, and expand our presence in the dry van trailer rental industry. In addition, you will be responsible for: * Managing marketing and outreach strategies focused on lead generation, promoting WOW and its family of brands as the premier solution for dry van storage trailers. * Participation in trade shows and industry events. * Customer Support. This is a key role in increasing the company's connectivity to the markets we serve, with a focus on generating leads from qualified prospects. Key Functions Include: * Prospect generation - Work with General Managers, Regional Managers, and Regional Sales Team members to develop and grow a master list of qualified prospects. You will retain and maintain that information in the Company CRM. * Lead generation - Produce qualified leads from those prospects through various methodical outreach and promotional methods. * Produce Meetings which lead to contracts - Produce/establish verified appointments/meetings/virtual meetings to assigned regions, territories, or WOW locations on behalf of GMs, RMs, Senior Leadership, Sales, Etc. * Event Coordination - Trade Show and Event Coordination and participation as needed. * Messaging - Creative content and messaging creation in conjunction with SLT, GMs, and RM to be used in social media, email campaigns, direct mail efforts, website, and other internet-based promotions to grow the brand and the family of brands' recognition and enhancement. Task & duties: * Marketing strategies and lead generation: * Implement digital and traditional marketing strategies to get qualified leads and support the sales targets. * Identify and grow new business opportunities by utilizing prospecting techniques, making cold calls, networking, and participating in industry-related trade shows. * Follow the established method for outreach and enhancement. * Manage social media content: * Manage the company's presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including content generation and posting, contact generation, and active prospecting to generate business opportunities. * Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to maximize budgets, reach, and interaction. * Participation at trade shows and events: * Planning and coordination of the company's participation in trade shows, events, industry association activities, and other networking events. * Ensure that the company's promotional items are available and delivered effectively during the events. * Market and competitor analysis: * Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, and identify potential risks and business opportunities. * Responsibilities: * Execute any other activity assigned * Maintain an excellent communication ability, a proactive and positive attitude ("can-do attitude") in interactions with customers. * Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing job needs by transitioning between activities. Requirements: * Technical abilities: * Tools to manage social media. * Knowledge of tools for digital analysis (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). * Experience managing CRM and Marketing automation platforms. * Availability for business travel when needed.
