Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing expert guidance and personalized support throughout their journey with us
• Manage client accounts using Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and service history
• Coordinate and oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions that meet client needs
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention
• Analyze client data to generate insights that inform account strategies and improve service quality
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all client interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure transparency and accountability Skills
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently
• Proven experience in account management within SaaS or financial services sectors
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management platforms
