Responsibilities * Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing expert guidance and personalized support throughout their journey with us * Manage client accounts using Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and service history * Coordinate and oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations * Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions that meet client needs * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention * Analyze client data to generate insights that inform account strategies and improve service quality * Maintain comprehensive documentation of all client interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure transparency and accountability Skills * Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently * Proven experience in account management within SaaS or financial services sectors * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management platforms * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to clearly convey ideas and foster trust * Deep understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making * Knowledge of marketing principles and how they apply to customer engagement strategies This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact through exceptional client service.
