Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive account management and exceptional service * Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads, schedule meetings, and introduce our solutions to prospective clients * Present compelling product demonstrations and technical solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value and ROI * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms confidently to close deals that benefit both the client and company objectives * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional materials * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client information, and analyze pipeline performance for continuous improvement Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication and presentation abilities * Demonstrated success in account management and building long-term customer relationships * Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis * Knowledge of technical sales processes, including understanding product specifications and translating them into client benefits * Ability to conduct effective warm calling campaigns and engage prospects confidently over the phone or in person * Leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and strategic planning Join us as an Outside Sales Account Manager where your energy fuels growth!
