Job Summary Video Only is seeking an energetic salesperson to join our Federal Way team. We are a 40+ year established company in the premium TV and home theater industry, known for developing successful sales professionals. As longtime veterans retire, we're focused on training and building the next generation through a proven sales process that teaches skills extending far beyond the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone coachable, people- oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings. At Video Only, you'll sell top-tier TVs and home theater equipment in a fun, customer-focused environment while learning how to build a lasting, high- earning sales careers. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs * Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges * Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits * Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales * Maintain merchandising standards by arranging displays and signage * Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure products are properly labeled * Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties * Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone * Assist with inventory management, including stocking and replenishing items Requirements * Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferable but not required. * Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations * Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures * Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently * Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base * Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Supervising experience is beneficial for leadership opportunities * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
