Are you passionate bout cars and excited to start a career in automotive? Ray Laethem Buick GMC, is looking for a driven, detail-orientated individual to join our team as a Product Specialist. This Product Specialist role has a room for career advancement into a Sales Consultant, or Finance Manager. Job Duties: * Learn full specifications, features, and benefits of each vehicle in our inventory * Spend time on the lot, becoming familiar with vehicle placement, stock, and layout * Understand and assist with inventory management and vehicle organization * Learn the essential documents and process required to complete a vehicle sale * Shadow experienced Sales Consultants to understand customer interaction and sales flow * Assist in setting up vehicles for display, test drives, and customer delivery Requirements: * Valid Driver License, with a good driving record * Personal Auto Insurance * Ability to work full time * No experience necessary Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * 401K * Paid Holidays * PTO (Paid Time Off) * Opportunities for advancement
