Job Overview Seeking a driven, energetic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager/ Finance & Insurance (F&I) manager to help lead, develop, and scale a high-performance sales operation This role is vital in supporting our sales operations, driving high-end sales, and enhancing customer experiences through expert negotiation and upselling. This is a unique opportunity to work with a director that has a proven track record of growing dealerships from 50 vehicles per month to 250 +units within one year.
