Help Kids Grow. Help the Gym Grow. Maine Warrior Gym is a movement-based training facility focused on confidence, resilience, and community--especially for kids. We're looking for a motivated, people-first Sales & Community Growth Coordinator to help us bring more families through our doors and keep them engaged long-term. This role is hands-on, relationship-driven, and impact-focused. You'll work directly with families, schools, and the community to grow memberships, reduce churn, and create new revenue opportunities--while supporting an outstanding customer experience. Core ResponsibilitiesSales, Follow-Up & Retention * Track all new leads and follow up immediately and consistently * Call new leads to book free trial appointments and ensure a high show rate * Follow up with free trials who don't initially sign up * Call expiring members to resell the next membership cycle * Minimize membership cancellations and reduce churn * Manage and track sales pipelines using existing tools (or help improve them) Membership Improvement * Develop and launch new programs and offerings for existing members (clinics, team prep classes, mock competitions, specialty seminars, etc.) * Implement and manage a referral program to drive new memberships * Identify new areas to add revenue or increase existing revenue Community Outreach & Partnerships * Build relationships with schools, camps, recreation programs, and local businesses * Solicit and schedule field trips and after-school programs * Explore creative ways to bring kids in after school (transportation stops, carpool efforts, new programs) * Represent Maine Warrior Gym professionally in the community Events & Marketing Support * Brainstorm and organize monthly member and community events with the team * Identify highly effective, low-cost marketing opportunities that drive growth * Assist with improving the overall customer experience from a high level Who This Role Is For * Confident communicator with a people-first, sales-oriented mindset * Organized, proactive, and comfortable following up consistently * Tech-savvy (Google Suite, CRMs, scheduling and membership systems) * Passionate about movement, fitness, and helping young people grow * Available to work at least one weekend day per week as needed.
