Our company is looking to add the right fit to our team and we are looking for quality sales reps not just quantity. Looking for someone who wants to use their sales experience to get started and ultimately develop into a long-term company asset. Before you go further - please understand this is an IN-HOME SALES POSITION and will require the ability to run weeknight appointments and Saturday mornings / early afternoon. Job Duties/Responsibilities * Attend pre-scheduled meetings with clients in the Chattanooga area - promoting and selling home water systems via an in-home presentation. * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our offerings. * Build rapport with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business in the home water systems industry. * CRM System? Don't bother our team will handle all the backend. This is a sales position, do what you do best - sell. Let us handle the backend, the service, the installation and much more. * In-home representatives must be willing to meet with homeowners at night during the week and on Saturday morning/ early afternoon. Qualifications * Proven sales experience, must be comfortable being in a customers home. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. * Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the Savannah area for client meetings. * Growth mindset and a desire to develop your career within a fast-growing industry. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or a related field is preferred. Additional Information * Qualified appointments with homeowners provided. * Weekly pay with the potential to earn over $100K per year. * Commission-only positions as well as base salary plus commission available. * Growth potential within the company and industry. * Immediate positions available for the right candidates. * Financing options for consumers to make our products more accessible.
