Keyser Miller Ford located in Collegeville, Pa is looking to add to our very busy Sales Department. We receive quality leads and need help keeping up with them all! Looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and upbeat to add to our team. This is a fast-paced environment, so multitasking and being coachable is a must! Our team handles the inbound calls for the dealership and answer all internet leads. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers as well as writing emails/texts. This a full-time position and must be able to work Saturdays and some closing shifts. Responsibilities and Duties * Communicate with BDC customers by phone, internet, text and messaging * Comfortable phone skills * Stay connected with our 500 internet leads a month on average, no shortage of customers to contact * Schedule appointments for sales prospects and follow up with customers who have visited the dealership * Sustain a constant customer database from prior months to insure customer retention * Maintain accurate records of daily activities * Create email campaigns to promote updated factory incentives and inventory Qualifications and Skills * Experience in a BDC environment * Phone and Computer Skills * Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
