We offer a competitive commission structure with bonus opportunities throughout the year; new sales associates have the ability to earn a starting salary of $75,000 with commission earnings. In this role, you will: * Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service * Be skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a client's needs, build the sale and provide assistance and knowledge on products and brands * Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge * Achieve personal and department sales goals, often exceeding beyond your goal * "Go the extra mile" to drive sales and retention * Clientele to new and current clients (reach out, follow ups, etc.) to build productive trust relationships with clients * Strategize own business and be selfmotivated; take initiative to increase individual productivity through selling and strong client relationships * Utilize social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary The Ideal Candidate has: * Previous selling experience in a luxury clothing retail establishment, at least 3 years * Background in commission-based luxury sales * Ability to meet and exceed sales goals through leveraging clientele * Established client relationships is preferred * Extensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
