Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere * Conduct product demos and tours to showcase the features and benefits of our fitness programs and equipment * Assist potential members with inquiries over the phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Upsell memberships, personal training packages, and retail products by understanding customer needs and highlighting relevant offerings * Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math calculations * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented * Supervise or assist with inventory management to ensure product availability and proper stock levels * Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups when applicable Skills * Ability to perform product demos confidently while engaging customers actively * Excellent phone etiquette coupled with clear communication skills * Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities * Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy * Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Embark on a fulfilling career where your energy fuels success!
