Role Overview: The Sales & Customer Support role will focus on driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, overseeing product inventory, and ensuring exceptional client service in the commercial roofing market. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and industry professionals * Develop strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base * Support product sourcing, pricing, and inventory management * Deliver responsive customer service and resolve client issues * Contribute to sales targets, budget planning, and performance reviews Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred * 6+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field * Proven track record in achieving sales goals * Strong leadership, communication, organizational and negotiation skills * Knowledge of commercial roofing products and industry trends Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
