Overview

: The Sales & Customer Support role will focus on driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, overseeing product inventory, and ensuring exceptional client service in the commercial roofing market.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and industry professionals
• Develop strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base
• Support product sourcing, pricing, and inventory management
• Deliver responsive customer service and resolve client issues
• Contribute to sales targets, budget planning, and performance reviews

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• 6+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of commercial roofing products and industry trends Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
