Full description of the position
Position Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads and completing the full sales cycle. This will be accomplished through existing networks, service industry contacts, cold- calling, email campaigns, and market research. The Sales Executive will act as the first point of contact to nurture interest and follow-through on sales opportunities, as well as to support the CEO with closing all new business contracts. This role will create long-term value by finding and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and expansion. This position is a salaried role with the ability to earn commission as well. Essential Accountabilities: * Actively seek new business opportunities through existing networks, service industry contacts, emails, cold-calls, and social outreach. * Assess leads from outreach to identify genuine sales opportunities. * Track and report sales activities and performance metrics. * Establish rapport and nurture new prospective clients. * Perform research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, and lead acquisition methods. * Attend networking events to build and maintain professional relationships. * Identify new client needs and suggest appropriate services. * Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and sales targets inclusive of qualified leads and meetings scheduled. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's Degree (business, communications, or related field) * 3-4 years of experience in service industry sales and business development * Has an established network in the Philadelphia region * Demonstrated experience in full cycle sales inclusive of lead generation from marketing campaigns, as well as meeting sales quotas * Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques * High level of comfort with cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) * Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments * HR experience is a plus Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Solid written communication skills * Strong organization skills * Strong time management skills * Results-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Physical Requirements: * Job consists of time spent sitting and standing Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In personTOTAL HR SOLUTIONS
