ENG ROOFING - Sales Roles Description Earning Potential: * Earn up to 60% commission on every contract you close! * Hourly, plus commission Who We're Seeking: * Self motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed. * Sales experience is a necessary, with 1 year preferred. Service Areas: * Roofing services in Cypress, Tomball, Montgomery, Katy, Richmond, and surrounding Houston locations. What We Offer: * Professionally generated leads provided. ( Based on performance ) * All marketing tools provided, covered by ENG Roofing. * Manage appointments with homeowners and insurance adjusters. Qualifications: * Strong communication skills. * Reliable vehicle for traveling. * Professional appearance. * Sales experience preferred. Job Details: * Full-time, commission-based role. Income Potential: * $50,000-$200,000 annually based on commission. Required Experience: * Sales experience: 2 years preferred. Compensation Structure: * Commission-only role with earnings based on performance. * Entry Level: Sales Account Manager * Intermediate Level: Senior Sales Account Manager * Experienced Level: Sales Manager Additional Compensation: * All income is commission-based. Work Setup: * Option to work in the area you live within our operating radius. Bi-weekly training meetings in the office. Perks: * Flexible work schedule. Reporting Structure: * Report directly to the Vice President of Sales. Work Hours: * Monday to Sunday, flexible schedule determined between you and the VP of Sales based on your performance plan.
