ENG ROOFING - Sales Roles Description Earning Potential:

• Earn up to 60% commission on every contract you close!
• Hourly, plus commission Who We're Seeking:
• Self motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed.
• Sales experience is a necessary, with 1 year preferred. Service Areas:
• Roofing services in Cypress, Tomball, Montgomery, Katy, Richmond, and surrounding Houston locations. What We Offer:
• Professionally generated leads provided. ( Based on performance )
• All marketing tools provided, covered by ENG Roofing.
• Manage appointments with homeowners and insurance adjusters.

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle for traveling.
• Professional appearance.
• Sales experience preferred. Job Details:
• Full-time, commission-based role. Income Potential:
• $50,000-$200,000 annually based on commission. Required Experience:
• Sales experience: 2 years preferred.

Compensation

Structure:

• Commission-only role with earnings based on performance.
• Entry Level: Sales Account Manager
• Intermediate Level: Senior Sales Account Manager
• Experienced Level: Sales Manager Additional

Compensation

:

• All income is commission-based. Work Setup:
• Option to work in the area you live within our operating radius. Bi-weekly training meetings in the office. Perks:
• Flexible work schedule. Reporting Structure:
• Report directly to the Vice President of Sales. Work Hours:
• Monday to Sunday, flexible schedule determined between you and the VP of Sales based on your performance plan. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
