Outside Sales Representative - Centex Material Handling Location: Central Texas (Austin & Surrounding Areas) Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Material Handling & Industrial Equipment Join Our Team! At Centex Material Handling (CMH) , we specialize in custom material handling solutions --including: overhead cranes, storage systems, conveyors mezzanines, and 100's of other material handling products--tailored to fit each client's operation. We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help businesses optimize their warehouse and production spaces. What You 'll Do * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. * Identify customer needs and present tailored material handling solutions. * Conduct on-site visits to assess projects and prepare proposals. * Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction. * Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned territory. * Represent CMH with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of outside sales experience , preferably in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or material handling industries. * Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term customer relationships. * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
