Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Health Insurance Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements * Michigan Property & Casualty License (Active or willing to obtain prior to starting) * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. * Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. * Must be highly self-motivated. * Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. * A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. * No insurance or sales experience required but must be willing to learn. Responsibilities * Prospect for new business by calling prospects using lead management databases and following sales leads generated from referrals, networking and agency marketing. * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by agency. * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. * Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. * Create strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and Allstate loyalty. * Work independently and as part of a team.
