*Alert 360 - Video Surveillance & Security Sales Rep JOB SUMMARY: As the Video Surveillance & Security Sales Rep, this role is the face of Alert 360, dedicated to selling a range of solutions, including Stand-Alone Camera Systems (CCTV), Solar Mobile Surveillance Trailers, Powered Live Video Monitoring Hardware, Security, and Smart Home Automation to both businesses and residences. We also offer additional benefits such as tuition reimbursement, excellent wellness programs and incentives, free home security monitoring, and much more! *QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES * Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. * Outside sales, inside sales, B2B, or door-knocking experience a PLUS! * Highly motivated to achieve personal and company goals. * Desire and drive to make money and be successful. * Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs. * Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face-to-face with potential or existing customers. * Excellent customer relationship-building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations. * You must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone. REQUIREMENTS: * Comfortable working for 100% commission. * A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. * Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance. * Weekend and evening availability! * Must have good written and verbal communication skills. * Must have sales experience.
