Job Overview In-House Realtor Real estate agent/ Realtor for our brokerage company in Dallas Ft Worth area. It is not w2 position, however we do not charge any fees, rather pay for most of your expenses. We provide large number of clients every month, and you converting them. Responsibilities * We provide pre-approved clients, you keep converting them. You get 50% commission on each client you convert. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to build trust and rapport with clients * Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple clients, appointments, and documentation efficiently * Previous real estate administrative experience that ensures smooth transaction workflows Job Type: Contract Pay: $78,658.45 - $94,728.45 per year License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
