What you will do: * Maintain and update agency management system to support team operations. * Prepare, organize, and process insurance documents such as certificates of insurance, policy change requests, and vehicle identification cards . * Accurately enter and verify data within agency management system. * Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation; follow up on incomplete or missing information as needed. * Provide timely assistance and respond to information requests from authorized team members.
