Job Title: Engineered Systems Sales Representative * Location:* Greater Philadelphia, PA * Compensation:* $70,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Commissions + Vehicle Allowance + Performance-Based Bonus + Cell Phone + Laptop * Benefits: * Company Vehicle Allowance * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * 401(k) with Company Match * Paid Training * Tuition Reimbursement * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Career Development Opportunities and Industry Involvement Company Overview: Tiello is partnered with a leading fire protection and life safety systems provider , specializing in engineered fire protection systems and specialty detection solutions, in their search for an * Engineered Systems Sales Representative* to support projects in the Greater Philadelphia region. * Role Summary: The Engineered Systems Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales of engineered fire protection systems and specialty detection systems , developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients including end users, electrical contractors, general contractors, and property management companies. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional seeking a long-term career in fire protection sales. * Project Type: * Engineered Fire Protection Systems * Specialty Detection Systems * Commercial and Industrial Construction Projects * Retrofit and New Construction Job Responsibilities: * Generate new business and nurture existing customer relationships. * Establish contact with prospects through cold calling, scheduling sales calls, following up on internal leads, and executing marketing strategies. * Develop sales plans, monitor forecasts, schedule sales calls, conduct prospect analysis, and track customer orders. * Review construction project plans, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate proposals. * Write proposals, issue quotations, and follow up with customers in a timely manner. * Work with clients to define needs and provide value-engineered solutions. * Submit required sales reports, data, expenses, and correspondence accurately and on time. * Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to potential clients. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NFPA, UL, FM, and local AHJ codes and requirements. * Build relationships with consulting engineers and develop project specifications to promote product usage in upcoming projects. * Coordinate with Design and Operations teams to ensure proper hand-off of job information. * Develop and maintain a proposal backlog that supports sales goals. * Participate in industry associations and monthly meetings. * Maintain strict confidentiality of all business information. Qualifications/Requirements: * Required: * Experience in business-to-business sales * High School Diploma or GED * Knowledge of NFPA and IFC codes * Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background, and reference checks * Eligibility to work in the U.S. * Preferred: * Fire protection industry experience * NICET Certification Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
