Trollbeads isn't a jewelry brand-it is a unique lifestyle. We specialize in Murano glass, precious and semi-precious gemstones, sterling silver and gold beads. The original bead-on-bracelet brand, Trollbeads centers around hand- crafted beads that can be combined to create accessories that have a story. Every story has a bead! Responsibilities include and not limited to: * Remain current in knowledge of all product lines * Ensure customers are provided excellent service through product knowledge, design assistance and one-on-one sales in person and over social media platforms * Communicate directly with customers (face-to face and virtually) * Opening and closing store * Monitor and interact with social media accounts * Create social media posts, stories, videos etc. * Create appealing displays (instore and online) * General up-keep of the store The ideal candidate: * Possesses at least one year of experience in specialty retail/jewelry sales AND one year of specialty retail/jewelry sales management * Ability to use critical thinking to solve practical problems * Must have thorough knowledge of Facebook and Instagram (Posting, Messages, creating stories and videos) * Possesses excellent customer service skills and experience with face-to-face or commission sales * Extensive knowledge in using an iPad/tablet and desktop computer * Fun personality * Willing to learn * Excellent oral and written communication skills, spelling, and grammar * Comfortable working alone and with a team * Has availability on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: In person
