Trollbeads isn't a jewelry brand-it is a unique lifestyle. We specialize in Murano glass, precious and semi-precious gemstones, sterling silver and gold beads. The original bead-on-bracelet brand, Trollbeads centers around hand- crafted beads that can be combined to create accessories that have a story. Every story has a bead!

Responsibilities

include and not limited to:

• Remain current in knowledge of all product lines
• Ensure customers are provided excellent service through product knowledge, design assistance and one-on-one sales in person and over social media platforms
• Communicate directly with customers (face-to face and virtually)
• Opening and closing store
• Monitor and interact with social media accounts
• Create social media posts, stories, videos etc.
• Create appealing displays (instore and online)
• General up-keep of the store The ideal candidate:
• Possesses at least one year of experience in specialty retail/jewelry sales AND one year of specialty retail/jewelry sales management
• Ability to use critical thinking to solve practical problems
• Must have thorough knowledge of Facebook and Instagram (Posting, Messages, creating stories and videos)
• Possesses excellent customer service skills and experience with face-to-face or commission sales
• Extensive knowledge in using an iPad/tablet and desktop computer
• Fun personality
• Willing to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, spelling, and grammar
• Comfortable working alone and with a team
• Has availability on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
