We are looking for a polished, high-energy professional to serve as the face of Wellrock Pharmacy in the field. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health clinics, dermatology practices, and long-term care partners. This position is ideal for healthcare sales professionals as well as Medical Assistants, Office Managers, or Practice Administrators from dermatology, behavioral health, or long-term care who understand office workflows and want to transition into a relationship-driven sales role. As Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by educating providers on Wellrock's high-touch pharmacy services, including Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) support, managing key partnerships, and increasing prescription and referral volume through consistent follow-up. Core Responsibilities * Provider Outreach: Identify and onboard new behavioral health practices, LTC facilities, and adult day care centers. * Clinical Education: Educate providers on Wellrock's high-touch services, specifically our Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) administration and specialized medication management. * Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your partners, ensuring their patients receive seamless care and our pharmacy team stays aligned with their needs. * Growth Strategy: Drive prescription volume and referral growth through consistent, professional follow-up and pipeline management. Qualifications & Experience * Experience: 2+ years of success in healthcare sales (e.g., Pharma, Medical Device, or Laboratory services). * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. * Medical Assistant, Office Manager, Practice Administrator, or Clinic Coordinator in Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, or Long-Term Care , with a strong interest in moving into sales/business development * Proven Results: A track record of "opening doors" and converting cold prospects into long-term referral partners. By working closely with behavioral health and long-term care organizations, we provide critical services, like free delivery and on-site immunizations, that traditional pharmacies often overlook. We are currently in a rapid growth phase and are looking for a partner to help us scale. Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (Uncapped potential).
