Position: Sales Associate An automotive salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and following up. Benefits: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * 401 (K) * Life Insurance * Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off Responsibilities: * Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening. * Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives. * Facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries, ensuring customers understand vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork. * Collaborate with Sales Manager on goals, activities, and performance reviews. * Stay informed about incoming inventory, vehicle features, and accessories to effectively assist customers. * Coordinate with the service department to ensure vehicle reconditioning meets expectations and deadlines. * Participate in dealership and manufacturer-provided sales meetings and training sessions. * Maintain systems for prospect development and owner follow-up to drive repeat and referral business. * Regularly review and analyze performance to optimize time management and effectiveness. * Stay updated on automotive industry terminology and technological advancements. * Adhere to federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales. Qualifications: * High school diploma or the equivalent. * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. * Valid in-state driver's license. * Professional personal appearance. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards. * All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. * All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
