Job Description

Legacy Visions, Inc. is hiring a Sales & Service Associate to join our team in Missoula. This role combines sales, customer service, and product expertise to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in-store with purchases, product knowledge, and recommendations. - Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement. - Process transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. - Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally. - Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. - Stay informed about promotions, inventory, and company policies.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach. - Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
