AT &T Retail Sales Consultant Summary: Pinnacle Mobile is looking for highly dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. Your goal would be to connect people with AT&T's state-of-the- art technology and entertainment products & services that includes wireless devices & plans, entertainment & connected products, accessories etc. We offer extremely competitive remuneration to the Sales Consultant. Primary Responsibilities * Greet customers with a smile, treat them with respect, make them feel valued, and exceed their expectations. Complete customer satisfaction is our Mantra! * Educate yourself with the full suite of AT&T's products and services that includes but is not limited to payment plans, promotions, add-on features, and entertainment products and accessories * Stay up to date on all the latest telecommunication devices, wireless technology, TV entertainment tools, and connected products * Perform billing reviews for customers and explore sales opportunities * Understand customer needs and create personalized solutions that meet the requirements of each person, family, and/or business * Perform cold calling over the phone to solicit new business opportunities * Complete all tasks from start to close of the sale * Receive and keep inventory organized * Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events * Participate as a "team player", always helping and assisting other team members * Support management in deterring potential theft/loss situations * Dust and clean shelves, counters, fixtures, merchandise, and store equipment * Open and close the store on time and in accordance with company procedures * Perform other duties as assigned by sales management * Represent Pinnacle Mobile and the AT&T brand with utmost professionalism and courtesy Skills and Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years old; Able to provide all employment eligibility documents as required. * High school diploma or GED required * Experience with AT&T retail sales is strongly preferred . Experience in retail sales and/or customer service background is preferred * Excellent verbal communication and listening skills * Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax * Flexible to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
