AT &T Retail Sales Consultant Summary: Pinnacle Mobile is looking for highly dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. Your goal would be to connect people with AT&T's state-of-the- art technology and entertainment products & services that includes wireless devices & plans, entertainment & connected products, accessories etc. We offer extremely competitive remuneration to the Sales Consultant. Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, treat them with respect, make them feel valued, and exceed their expectations. Complete customer satisfaction is our Mantra!
• Educate yourself with the full suite of AT&T's products and services that includes but is not limited to payment plans, promotions, add-on features, and entertainment products and accessories
• Stay up to date on all the latest telecommunication devices, wireless technology, TV entertainment tools, and connected products
• Perform billing reviews for customers and explore sales opportunities
• Understand customer needs and create personalized solutions that meet the requirements of each person, family, and/or business
• Perform cold calling over the phone to solicit new business opportunities
• Complete all tasks from start to close of the sale
• Receive and keep inventory organized
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events
• Participate as a "team player", always helping and assisting other team members
• Support management in deterring potential theft/loss situations
• Dust and clean shelves, counters, fixtures, merchandise, and store equipment
• Open and close the store on time and in accordance with company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by sales management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; Able to provide all employment eligibility documents as required.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with AT&T retail sales is strongly preferred . Experience in retail sales and/or customer service background is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax
• Flexible to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays. When required, support operating the store before and after-hours
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
• Work under time constraints in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Commitment to the companies' policies and procedures, including but not limited to, punctuality, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
• Some travel for training might be required.
• Able to lift approximately 25 pounds
