In this influential role, the Entry Level Sales Assistant will deliver tailored connectivity solutions, build and maintain strong business relationships, and uphold the AT&T brand with professionalism and expertise. You will act as a trusted advisor to organizations of all sizes, aligning their operational needs with the most effective wireless and Internet services to drive efficiency, growth, and long-term success. Entry Level Sales Assistant Responsibilities: * Deliver persuasive, customized sales presentations that highlight the competitive advantages and strategic value of AT&T's products and services. * Tailor service plans and pricing packages to align with each client's unique business needs, optimizing for usage, scalability, and budget to maximize close rates and client satisfaction. * Build and manage a pipeline of qualified business prospects, fostering long-term, revenue-generating relationships that strengthen brand loyalty and support retention. * Address client inquiries with urgency and professionalism, transforming challenges into opportunities to reinforce trust and drive repeat business. * Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure alignment with performance benchmarks and individual revenue goals. * Provide leadership with real-time insights on client needs, market shifts, and competitive trends to support continuous improvement of sales strategies and overall Entry Level Sales Assistant team success. * Actively represent AT&T as a performance-driven representative, driving sales of advanced wireless and Internet solutions through direct business engagement. Entry Level Sales Assistant Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree is preferred. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing environment is preferred. * Previous experience as an Entry Level Sales Assistant or in the telecommunications industry is highly valued. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills, with a passion for helping clients find meaningful solutions. * Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. * Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory to meet with business clients directly.
