Location : Bakersfield, CA (covering Southern California territory to San Diego) Compensation : $110 -150K + commission + car allowance + full benefits A leading environmental services company is expanding its sales team and seeking a motivated Account Executive / Regional Sales Representative to drive growth across Southern California. This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on developing new business and managing existing accounts within industrial, construction, and environmental sectors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience selling environmental remediation, waste management, or industrial services and thrives on building relationships with environmental consultants, engineers, contractors, and Fortune 500 clients. *What You 'll Do Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the territory. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular client visits and job site meetings to understand project needs. Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to prepare accurate proposals. Represent the company professionally in client interactions, presentations, and networking events.
