Summary Keller Williams Real Estate Everett is seeking a committed licensed Showing Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team in Everett, WA. Responsibilities * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate in weekly script practice * Track tasks and activities in Command Qualifications * Enthusiastic about engaging with people and skilled at building and sustaining professional connections * Friendly and optimistic demeanor * Comfortable with extensive driving throughout the day * Capable of assessing clients' preferences and effectively aligning them with suitable properties * Eager to learn and grow continuously * Driven and goal-oriented with a track record of achievement * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid real estate license About-our-team KW Everett proudly serves the entire Western Washington region.
