Ready to Take Your Call Center or BDC Experience Into a Role With Real Balance? Dealer Synergy is hiring In-House BDC Representatives to support our dealership clients in a structured, professional environment -- without the traditional dealership grind. No late nights.No weekends.No running across a car lot. Instead, you'll use your BDC or call center experience to handle leads, set appointments, and ultimately get the customer in the Dealership's doors -- all while being measured by clear performance standards. Automotive experience is preferred but not required. What You 'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from dealership customers
• Respond to internet leads via phone, text, and email
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
• Follow proven phone scripts while sounding natural and professional
• Overcome common objections confidently
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity
• Execute consistent follow-up
• Hit daily and monthly performance goals
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and live roleplay What We 're Looking For
• 1 -4+ years of BDC or call center experience
• Strong phone communication skills
• Excellent follow-up and time management
• Comfortable with performance tracking and accountability
• Experience using CRM systems
• Tech-savvy with Google tools and modern systems
• Coachable, reliable, and proactive

Compensation

: Competitive base + performance-based incentives
