Responsibilities * Actively engage with potential members through calling, lead generation, and management to promote membership options and services * Conduct tours and personalized consultations to demonstrate the value of our fitness programs and facilities * Manage a pipeline of prospects ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads * Develop strategic business relationships through B2B sales approaches with local organizations, corporate clients, and community partners to expand membership base * Utilize inside sales techniques to upsell premium memberships, personal training packages, Pilates, and additional services that meet client needs * Negotiate membership options, insuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining ongoing account management for current members * Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and sales strategies to maximize outreach efforts Experience * Proven success in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales environments with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions effectively * Background in retail sales, inside sales, or direct sales roles demonstrating proactive outreach such as calling or lead management * Ability to conduct product demos confidently while highlighting features that resonate with diverse audiences * Demonstrated success in upselling or cross-selling services within a fast-paced environment * Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others achieve their goals Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels positive change!
