JOB TITLE: Technical Support Consultant 3 LOCATION: Remote (PST, MST, & CST) * *PAY RANGE: $26 - $36/hr. DURATION: 5 months TOP 3 SKILLS: * 7 10 years of experience in a software support environment supporting complex, multi-tiered enterprise software applications. * Strong experience with SQL, XML, JavaScript/HTML, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL). * Proven experience in troubleshooting and supporting business/enterprise customers with digital marketing or email service platforms. DESCRIPTION: Job Description* As large enterprises continue to invest in digital experience solutions, we are in need of strategic and high-powered technical talent to help our largest customers navigate their operational needs across complex experience platforms. Our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) build, develop, and maintain one-on-one relationships with world-class customers. They deliver a prescribed set of technical services designed to help maintain operational health while adopting new functionality to increase value realization. This role requires strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills, enabling you to represent the platform within a customer s ecosystem, driving discussions with multiple personas from developers and analysts to management and senior leadership regarding tasks, projects, best practices, and prioritization. You should be able to think strategically about people, process, and technology as you help customers realize the full investment, efficiencies, advantages, and innovation available in modern experience solutions. What You ll Do* * Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction * Maintain regular communication with external and internal teams, managing expectations * Engage with Director- and VP-level executives to translate business needs into technical and operational plans * Coordinate and drive efforts to optimize product performance and customer adoption * Guide customers through complex environment changes and upgrades * Oversee management of technical critical issues and customer concerns * Share proactive notifications and recommendations on upcoming releases and potential impact * Lead customer check-ins and participate in quarterly business reviews * Deliver proactive status updates, deliverables, and guidance * Continuously develop both technical and soft skills What You Need to Succeed* * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) * Proven presentation skills, with experience organizing and leading high-profile customer calls and meetings * Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly * Customer-facing experience in enterprise projects, with knowledge in one or more of the following: Java, SQL, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, CSS, REST, XML, web-server technologies * Competencies in analytical problem solving, relationship building, confidence, cross-functional collaboration, influence, interpersonal awareness, project management, strategic insight, product and technology expertise, and value selling * Experience and familiarity with real-time customer data platforms, analytics solutions, campaign/marketing tools, and experience management systems (a plus, but not required) Education* * Bachelor s degree in a related technical field, or equivalent experience * At least seven years of full-time experience in consultative services, development, customer support, and/or a related role in marketing technology BENEFITS SUMMARY:Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
